If so, how was your experience? Any tips or recommendations? Most of the videos I've seen so far hasn't fully covered the warranty issue. Smokey Posted June 19 Share Posted June 19 It's very simple and takes less than 2 minutes to do. I've upgraded 5 PS5 units with 2TB NvME drives. It takes no time at all! If you need help, here's a tutorial video: Make sure the SSD you have has a built-in heatsink on it though! You will need it because these drives will run HOT in the PS5. Lens Posted July 9 Share Posted July 9 I haven't but my friend did a few months ago, and it was not difficult . All you need is to just make sure you get an SSD with a built-in heatsink.
