StaceyPowers
In what situations are you willing to look up the answer to a puzzle? In what scenarios do you refuse, even if you are super stuck?
killamch89
I'm the stubborn type so I'll try over and over until I get pass it. Even if it takes me years to do it but I just don't like using cheats in a game unless It's for testing something.
Kennysplash
I am the sort that would rather admit defeat if I cannot figure it out myself, than to cheat. I don’t like people that cheat too. I won’t get the euphoria of winning if I cheated.
Scorpion
I’ll only look up answers if I’m completely stumped for hours, but I’ll resist for story-driven puzzles those deserve a fair try!
GameOn
If I cheat, I get that feeling of guilt that I have denied myself the chance to work hard and be productive. However, if, for example, I’ve spent too much time on the puzzle and it seems to annoy me, I will think about the option to use search.
Lens
Honestly, I do not have a problem with searching answers if am playing a game for leisure. For example, if I’m on a puzzle, and I get frustrated, I may check the solution because I want to enjoy the rest of the game. But if I’m playing a game that is oriented on puzzles only, such as Portal or Braid, I attempt to solve it myself.
