killamch89 Posted October 4 Share Posted October 4 You might enjoy Cities: Skylines if you want a more strategic approach. It’s not purely construction, but the city-building aspect gives you a lot of control over infrastructure development. Tons of mods out there as well, so you can fine-tune the experience.
