StaceyPowers
In games where eating, sleeping, wearing the right clothes, etc confer a minor benefit, but can be neglected with zero consequence, do you bother doing those things?
Heatman
If the wellbeing of my character in such a game doesn't affect my gameplay, I wouldn't care so much about it but being that I don't like seeing my character lacking in any way, I always make sure things are good with it. Kennysplash
I so much love those kind of realistic games. It is a projection of the real world, I get to see the world in the game. I would make sure I take care of the character judiciously.

This is part of the reason why I enjoy playing open world game so much because it gives me so many opportunities to handle characters in such ways when playing those kind of games.
