Kane99
Article here: https://www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/pieces-interactive-alone-in-the-dark-shut-down/ Another studio shutdown by a massive company. Embracer Group recently closed down Pieces Interactive after 17 years in the industry. They were originally acquired by Embracer back in 2017. The Alone in the Dark reboot they came out with, didn't do well in sales and that's the big reason as to why they closed up shop. But in reality, it's Embracer a big company closing the doors on a small studio. What is the point of these companies to buy up these studios, have them do a few games and they bury them soon after? Embracer is no different than the other companies closing studios. https://twitter.com/PiecesInt/status/1802612988286804218 Edited June 17 by Kane99
