JennyorAlice
In Hogwarts Legacy, getting to rescue different beasts and getting to arrange the "Room of Requirements" however you feel like.
Lens
For me, one of the most memorable side quests that I come across was in Assassin's Creed Odyssey. There was this one quest where I actually had to help a group of villagers to really deal with a bandit camp.
HowHammerYou
Definitely the "Tiger Escort" missions in Saints' Row 3. You are driving a car. In the passenger's seat next to you is a full-grown tiger. Drive too slow? The tiger gets bored and mauls you. Drive too fast and hit something? The tiger gets angry and mauls you. Only by keeping the tiger happy while dodging news vans and animal activist vans can you win.

That would be chaos because it's a lot of stress trying to keep that tiger happy while navigating through the city.
Button
Based on my opinion, one of the most memorable side quests was in The Witcher 3. This is what I found- There was this one quest where I actually have to help a guy to find his missing daughter, but it ended up being an emotional thing. Normally, I was expecting a fetch quest, but It turned into a deep story about love, loss, and sacrifice
Scorpion
The Bloody Baron quest in *The Witcher 3* stuck with me. Its emotional depth and tough choices left a mark.
