StaceyPowers
Do you prefer “cinematic” game dialogue, where dialogue is shot with close ups similar to how movies are shot, or do you prefer dialogue to take place with the normal view maintained? JennyorAlice
After playing Hogwarts Legacy, I think I like the "cinematic" game dialogue. I don't think it would make much sense to not focus on your character and what they're doing when they're interacting with another character in the game. Lens
I know very well that the cinematic dialogue definitely delivers. For me, when I'm playing a game, I want to feel just like I'm right there in the action 🤣
Scorpion
I prefer cinematic dialogue with close-ups because it makes emotional moments stand out more, enhancing the overall experience for me.
GameOn
As for me, cinematic dialogue is fine if it contributes to the scene, just like what I see in The Last of Us or in Uncharted series.
killamch89
I definitely prefer cinematic dialogue! It adds a layer of immersion and emotion to the experience. The close-ups can really capture the characters' feelings and help us connect with the story on a deeper level.
