What are some times that something was right in front of you in a game, yet it took you ages to notice? Like for me, it took me so many hours to notice the stars going out in Outer Wilds.

I'm so guilty of this bro! This happened to when I was playing the Dark Souls. You won't believe that I spent hours exploring the Undead Asylum and I didn't realize that the subtle on the walls were actually the clue that I needed to lead me to the secret area.
