Heatman
After Argentina won the Copa America when they beat Colombia, some of their players including Enzo Fernández taking part in singing and dancing a racist song which was addressed to France players. This song they had practiced was - "Listen, spread the word, they play in France, but they are all from Angola, they are going to run well, they like to sleep with trans people, their mum is Nigerian, their dad is Cameroonian, but on the passport it says: French." What backlash do you think this will have on him when he returns to Chelsea where about 5 of his teammates have unfollowed him on Instagram and spoke out against him? Shagger
The fans chanting crap like this horrid, but in a true statement of just how bad football/soccer fans can get, not surprising. For the players to do so is completly unacceptable. They are representing thier country as professional athletes, a major responcibility. Not only is it a mockery of that responcibility for them to partake in such actions, it is (or at least it should be) part of that responcibility to condemn such actions from anyone. To me, it would not be to harsh for Agentenia stripped of the Copa America Cup over this as well as fines and suspensions/bans for the players involved. Ja sa bong
I watched the video and was in a complete disgust. Also, with how they sang it without missing words showed they've planned and rehearsed the song for a long time. I'm with you @Shaggeron having Argentina stripped of the Cope America Cup. If that's done, I'm certain we won't be seeing such for a long by any team players.

If you've ever been to Argentina, you'll quickly come to realize that the racism is heavily ingrained in their culture. And they're not the only South American country with that kind of mentality either.
The Blackangel
It doesn’t end with soccer. And it doesn’t end with the athletes either. Donald Sterling was the owner of the LA Clippers, but was forced to sell the team and given a lifetime ban from any dealings with the NBA for racist comments. His told his mistress V. Stiviano (born María Vanessa Perez, also known as Monica Gallegos, Vanessa Perez, and Maria Valdez) who herself is part African-American: “It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you're associating with black people," and, "You can sleep with [black people]. You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want," but "the little I ask you is ... not to bring them to my games." Sterling's comments affected the NBA, a league with predominantly black players. On April 26, the team held a meeting to discuss the incident. Both coaches and players expressed anger toward the comments, and they briefly raised the possibility of boycotting Game 4 of their series against the Golden State Warriors on April 27 before deciding against it. Instead, players protested Sterling's remarks by wearing their shirts inside-out in order "to obscure any team logo" during their pre-game huddle. On April 28, players of the Miami Heat wore their uniform tops inside-out to show solidarity with the Clippers. LeBron James commented on the situation, "There's no room for Donald Sterling in the NBA." The owner of the Miami Heat, Micky Arison, also called the allegations "appalling, offensive and very sad". Current and former NBA players Kevin Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O'Neal, Kobe Bryant, and Michael Jordan also condemned Sterling's remarks. The Los Angeles chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) cancelled its plans for the following month to award Sterling for a second time with its lifetime achievement award. President Barack Obama characterized the recording of Sterling as "incredibly offensive racist statements". Chumash Casino, the Clippers' most visible sponsor during the prior four seasons, ended its relationship with the team, as did sponsors CarMax, Virgin America, and others. On April 29, 2014, UCLA announced that it was rejecting a $3 million gift from Sterling. I remember all of this shit hitting the fan. The majority of the country, with the exception of those worthless white supremacists, was sickened by it. The piece of shit only got a fraction of what he deserved. But at least he got some form of punishment, which in this country is rare for people with money and power.
