killamch89 Posted August 19 Share Posted August 19 Personally, I love Pushups especially the Hindu variation - it works the whole body. I also love to do squats and lunges to build leg muscles. Planks and flutter kicks for my abs. For stamina, I prefer to do the horse stance - it builds focus and makes blood flow to the brain while working your leg muscles to failure.
