Background music stuck in Dragon Age: Inquisition – fix?

So, I was in the hold in the Frostback Basin, and fast travelled to Skyhold. The music with the drums followed me, and now it’s stuck. Reloading a previous save gets rid of it, but then reloading the most recent save brings it right back.

Anyone know how to make it stop? I’ve heard that going in and out of the war room might fix it (trying that later), at least temporarily, but that it may sometimes still come back.

I think you can try to reset the audio settings of the game or you can get in touch with the support team.

I couldn't find anything on Reddit or on YouTube per say but maybe try to fiddle with the audio settings and see what happens.

Thanks you for the suggestion you made. I see that a simple tweak can also make a change and resolve the issue. If that doesn't work, you can try to restart.

I experienced similar issues.. just reloading saves, exiting the war room, or restarting the game usually resolves the problem.

Yes, Reloading saves or restarting the game is a very simple but yet very effective fix. But it's very important to notice the patterns that cause the music glitch firsthand. It will keep you informed of the specific areas for actions to be taken.
