killamch89
When you buy food, do you read the nutrition information on the packaging? If so, what are the key things you look for? Do you focus on calories, sugar, fats, or something else?
The Blackangel
I do. I check how much sugar is in things. I also check the amount of potassium in everything. I’m on a medication that raises my potassium levels, so I have to be careful about what I’m eating. It also means that I can only eat bananas on a rare occasion. Which sucks because I love bananas. killamch89

I do check for sugars as well as what other ingredients they put into the food.
