Knight Barida
Quality sleep is always measured by the number of times that we are able to stay and enjoy our sleep. When it comes to sleeping, can you say you get more of it every 24 hours?
killamch89
My sleep pattern is like 5-6 hours of sleep per night and for most days, I'm full of energy with no need to nap. I'm not sure why but as I've gotten older, I've found that I need way less sleep.
The Blackangel
Some nights I sleep okay, but most of the time I wake up literally at least 10 times per night. Also I toss and turn all night long. My sleep has been like this my whole life. Only once in my life have I woke up and felt rested. Once.
Cpvr
I usually get enough sleep on a daily basis, sleeping 7-9 hours every night. If I don’t, I take a nap or two the next day.

The Blackangel
I take a melatonin every night and I also have a prescription for Ambien. It’s kinda hit and miss with them. I take the melatonin every night, and an Ambien if I’ve gone several days without an real sleep. When I was younger, I had insomnia worse than you can imagine. I would often go for up to two full weeks without real sleep. I would just get micro sleeps. Ten minutes here, seventeen minute there. Then it would suddenly end, and I would literally sleep without waking up even once for 36-40 hours. killamch89

I used to have it bad before I got prescribed Seroquel. It’s the only prescription that helps me sleep. Ambien didn’t work for me.
The Blackangel
I’m on Seroquel as well, but for other reasons. Seroquel alone doesn’t help me sleep. But it’s one of many medications that I’m on, and the combination at night usually does the trick.

Because I was so paranoid due to growing up in a violent community, my sleep patterns were very irregular and even the most subtle of sounds woke me up. Then it'd get to a point where I'm out for 16 hours straight.
The Blackangel
I started sleeping with a loaded rifle in my hands when I was 12 for reasons I’m not going to get into. Obviously if I was doing that, I was in a violent and dangerous environment. Edited November 3 by The Blackangel killamch89

The US has become a really dangerous place especially in the past decade.
The Blackangel
I’m going to Ottawa next month to see if I can get asylum. Adolf was by some sick cosmic fuckup reelected. I just hope someone with good aim visits him very soon.
