killamch89
Imagine a world where Sega never left the console scene. How do you think they would have evolved? Would we have seen more innovative hardware, or perhaps a continuation of beloved franchises like Sonic and Shenmue? What role do you think they would play against competitors like Sony and Microsoft today?
Scorpion
If Sega stayed in the console game, we’d likely see groundbreaking hardware and innovative franchises, competing fiercely with Sony and Microsoft.
Shortie
It is a shame that Sega did not stay in the console game. I loved Sega and their consoles as a kid growing up. I am always saying that if Sega had stayed in the console game, we would more than likely have ground breaking hardware now and I can only imagine the games they would have released for the newer consoles had they stayed in the game. To me, the Dreamcast was a decent competitor to the PS2 and XBox at the time. And it had titles like Crazy Taxi and Sonic Adventure 2.
