GameOn
Video games can be super addictive. I often find myself asking the question, what exactly makes it so difficult to put down? In my opinion, it is the immersive experience and the narratives of the video games. Personally, I’m addicted to games such as Fortnite and Minecraft. The challenges in these games are enough to keep you coming back. What about you?
killamch89
It's all about self control. Yes, there are games that I love to play all the time like Skyrim but getting addicted to anything is dangerous because it can lead to you making irrational decisions in the future. Scorpion
I totally relate! The storytelling and interactive nature make games captivating. I find myself drawn to the competitive aspects too!
Shortie
Anything can become addictive if you allow it to be, it is about self control and setting yourself time to enjoy the games you wish to play but not overdoing it. Gaming can easily become addictive but if you have self control, it shouldn't become an issue. killamch89
Kennysplash
Discipline and discernment is needed for gamers not to become addicted. If it gets to the point in which one allows gaming to dominate important activities like work, then one is addicted and needs assistance.

It's all about have the self-control to know when to stop playing games if it starts to negatively affect other aspects of your life.
