Kane99 Posted November 5 Share Posted November 5 Has there ever been a time where you were outright given free gaming stuff? Maybe it's an old set of games, and a console. Maybe your friend just didn't want to deal with listing it all for sale and dealing with all that nonsense. I've only ever been given games for free a couple times. It was from family, the first time it was just old PC games, nothing spectacular or worth anything. The second time was from another family member who gave me their PS1, but it didn't come with games. Though they did include some music CDs and one of those DVD towers. I was on reddit the other day and was seeing posts about how people were landing lots of free games and consoles and I reminded of the time I got some free stuff. Albeit, nothing as cool as some of those reddit posts. Anyway, what about you? Ever receive free games, consoles, peripherals, parts, etc? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
killamch89 Posted November 6 Share Posted November 6 Yeah, I’ve actually gotten some cool free stuff over the years. I once got a free Xbox 360 from a buddy who upgraded to the Xbox One. It wasn’t in perfect condition, but it worked, and I got a lot of use out of it. As for games, friends have gifted me Steam Keys, and I’ve picked up some free ones during giveaways or special promotions.
