Maybe you’ve gone from a picky eater to someone who’ll try anything, or perhaps health-conscious choices have influenced your meals. What foods do you now love or hate that you never expected to? Knight Plug Posted December 2 Share Posted December 2 I try to eat more healthy due to having anxiety. "You are what you eat" is a totally true saying. However, quitting all refined carbs is a chore. You just get too used to certain unhealthy foods. You know? It's like somebody who loves takeaway food. Same here. As an adult, I started to eat more healthily and also more homecooked meals and it has paid off.
