I know that laws differ from one country to another which might make the executing of Citizen's arrest not a uniform act. Bizdustry Posted December 8 Share Posted December 8 We don’t call it citizens arrest. In the UK, people refer to it as such but it’s known as any other persons arrest powers. We have something like that in our country but the practicality of it in ours isn't there so you either are good enough at hand-to-hand combat to restrain someone or you might have to go the vigilante justice route.
