killamch89
In your opinion, what are the most important factors for creating a successful online multiplayer game? Is it balancing mechanics, engaging progression systems, solid servers, or something else entirely? How do you feel about games that evolve over time vs. those that stick to a fixed formula? Bizdustry
Probably the ability to play multiplayer without the need to have to pay a significant amount of money for a monthly subscriber like Microsoft did for their consoles. Some game developers have even gone as far as doing this. It’s really bad practice considering you’ve already spent cash on the game. killamch89
Shortie
I would like to see game developers take action faster when it comes to cheats and hackers on games and those who purposely join multiplayer games just to ruin the experience for others. Some game developers such as Epic are doing something about it but I would love to see more developers doing something.

To be fair, Sony and Nintendo are just as guilty of this with Nintendo Switch Online and PlayStation Plus respectively. 3 hours ago, Shortie said: I would like to see game developers take action faster when it comes to cheats and hackers on games and those who purposely join multiplayer games just to ruin the experience for others. It's just that there's cheating software always coming out that's more advanced than their anti-cheat software so game developers are always one step behind. Scorpion
Successful online multiplayer games need balanced mechanics, engaging content, and reliable servers. Evolving games keep players interested, while fixed formulas can stagnate.
