Nowadays, a lot of things have changed, and it makes me wonder why it is so. Do you think that having specialists such as penalty kick specialists, corner kick specialists, and others have made the game look more boring? It's kind of always been that way - the players with a certain skillset will be best utilized in a certain position that maximizes those skillsets. It's basically the same across many other sports.
