I’d probably start by saying a physical benefit that I can significantly improve reaction time which would help with real life situations like driving. It fosters problem-solving, teamwork in multiplayer games, and even critical thinking in strategy or RPG games. Plus, everyone deserves leisure time that makes them happy.
