killamch89
The PS2 had a ton of movie-based games back in the day, from Spider-Man to Lord of the Rings. Some were surprisingly fun, while others were… not so much. What’s your experience with these tie-ins? Did any of them stand out as a hidden gem, or were they all just cash grabs? killamch89
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and Return of the King were legitimately excellent hack-and-slash games that went beyond their movie licenses. The co-op mode in Return of the King created some of my favorite gaming memories with my brother, and the unlockable behind-the-scenes interviews with the actual movie cast made them feel premium.
