DC Posted December 19, 2024 Share Posted December 19, 2024 To fellow landlords, how do you correspond with your tenants when you need to send out alerts? Like for example, if you have to turn off the water, or if you need to do some repair work in the laundry room, etc. I currently don’t have a good way of doing that. I have been calling, but most people don’t pick up, and later tell me they didn’t listen to my voicemail in time. DialMyCalls looks like it might be promising for this. I was thinking about sending out bulk SMS, because I think most tenants will actually see that in time. Has anybody here used it before? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Knight Barida Posted January 11 Share Posted January 11 I am not a landlord, but what our landlord did was that he got a single channel that he made use of in ensuring that we were able to get every information that he wants us to get. The first one that was done was opening a WhatsApp group, and once messages are dropped there, you won't say that you were unable to see it at all.
