Nintendo’s been pretty quiet about the series lately, but with the hype around new 2D Mario games and the continued success of the Switch, do you think they’re preparing something big? Nintendo often lets franchises like Donkey Kong take a back seat, focusing on bigger games like Zelda or Mario. I’d love to see a new Donkey Kong Country-style game, though, with new mechanics like in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat or adding something fresh to the formula.
