The last major release, Star Fox Zero, didn't exactly live up to expectations, and we haven't heard much since. With the Switch focusing on other franchises, it feels like Star Fox has been put on the back burner. With the way they’ve been focusing on new ideas and other franchises, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve just let it sit on the shelf.
