Do you lick the yogurt or dessert lid?

When you finish a yogurt or dessert cup, do you lick the lid to get every last bit, or do you just toss it? I know some people swear by the “lid scrape,” while others think it’s kind of gross. What’s your approach? Is it a must for you or a hard pass?

Same here. It's a habit I've had since I was a kid that I haven't stopped doing. For instance, when I'm at my mother's house and she's baking christmas cakes, I still lick the mixing bowl after she's put the cakes in the oven.
