If you could only play one game for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Damn this is a hard one. Everyone knows I’m passionate about RDR2. But the thought of giving up my classic systems is something I don’t think I could ever do. But if you were to put a gun to my head, I’m thinking it would be a Zelda title. Which one, I have absolutely no clue. If I was to go with OoT, maybe I could get to a point where I no longer needed a goddamn guide just to get through the fucking water temple.

I would also go with Zelda Ocarina of time - it's a game that is timeless and can still bring you lots of joy. Plus you can encounter things that you hadn't noticed in your previous playthroughs.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t OoT considered the best Zelda title, and one of the best video games of all time?

That is indeed correct. That's the Zelda title that's known even by people who've never played Zelda in their lives. OoT would be what we call a timeless classic.
