StaceyPowers
Is there a game that you love in a genre you usually don’t? I.e. you maybe don’t usually like 2D platformers, but there is one special one that you do? Or maybe you don’t usually like shooters, but there is one exception? killamch89
I’m not typically a fan of point-and-click adventure games, but Disco Elysium completely changed my perspective. The deep storytelling and the thought cabinet mechanic drew me in, and I couldn’t stop playing. It felt less like a game and more like living inside a piece of art. Broken Swords is also another point and click game that I absolutely love as well.
Scorpion
Absolutely! I usually avoid RPGs, but 'Undertale' captivated me with its unique storytelling and memorable characters. It's a true gem!
The Blackangel
Definitely. I’ve always been a major fantasy nut. Which is why Zelda has been my favorite since its inception. The one game out of that genre should be obvious to everyone. It’s easily RDR2. I’ve never been into westerns after playing Custer’s Revenge when I was little. But since marrying @Rain Dew and joining this forum, my horizons have severely expanded. There’s shell of a lot of games that I absolutely love, but if not for VGR, I never would have known that they even existed.
