killamch89
With VR technology becoming more accessible, how can it be utilized to help individuals improve their public speaking and presentation skills? Could virtual environments simulate real-life speaking scenarios, such as addressing large crowds or managing unexpected distractions? Would it help with reducing anxiety, or allow for more effective practice and feedback?
The Blackangel
If a person with anxiety issues, or someone who is autistic is trying to give a talk, it could help them a lot. Stage fright is a very real problem for a lot of people. @Rain Dew wants me to hit up an open mic and try some stand up. I could never get up in front of people like that. But if I was in a different location, and performing through the VR, that’s a possibility. Besides, while I have my occasional moment, I’m not a comedian. I’m just a jackass. killamch89

When I was younger, I shied away from stuff like public speaking - I think during my teenage years I developed the confidence to do stuff like that. Honestly, while I don't like to do public interactions like going on a stage, I could perform no problem.
