DylanC
I know I'm in the minority here, but I really enjoyed both Alien: Covenant and Prometheus. What did everyone else think of these sci-fi horror flicks?

My only complaint with it was that the tone felt a bit too "clean" versus the grittier older films (referring to cinematography and soundtracking), but I thought the story and characters were great. Expand You should absolutely check out Alien: Covenant when you get a chance, it’s a really underrated movie imho. Aye, I agree, the tone/feel is a little glossier than previous entries in the Alien franchise. It feels like a reinvention of the source material. Prometheus has this wonderfully grand and epic feel which I really appreciate. Let me know if you ever check out Alien: Covenant - it’s a very divisive movie. I feel bad that I forgot about it (it missed the theater in the small town where I live). Thanks for the reminder!
