The reason for their divorce according to the wife was because Pep Guardiola doesn't have time for his family. They have three children in María, Màrius, and Valentina. killamch89 Posted January 22 Share Posted January 22 His mood definitely seems to be affected by it and it's kind of reflecting in his player's confidence and performances. Hopefully, he can pull it together - yes, they beat Ipswich Town on the weekend by 6 goals but that's a team we all expect to get relegated anyways. I've seen it with my own friend - he went from decent guy with a good life and happy disposition to a miserable guy constantly drinking when he never even used to drink. Pep Guardiola is a workaholic but all that work is put into giving his family a good life but unfortunately his wife took advantage of everything. That's why you have to pick properly when you decide to commit to something like marriage. Yes, my friend is a bit better now, we had to let him seek counseling.
