Please observe the following guidelines when you decide to get in touch with us directly so that we can efficiently respond to your queries and issues: Do not send out multiple requests. Contact ONE administrator about any one issue. This prevents us from becoming confused and each trying to solve your problem in a different way and duplicating our efforts. It is more efficient for everyone, including you, to contact one of us. Please be patient. We do receive a number of PMs on a day-to-day basis. We will always attempt to respond to you within 24-48 hours, but please understand this is not always possible. If you do not hear from us within this timeframe, please feel free to write again or contact another administrator. The more urgent the issue, the more quickly we will respond. Before contacting an administrator, please ask yourself if the community can answer your question. Check the FAQ and the forum threads first, and if you have a general how-to question or a question about the rules, ask the community first here.
