killamch89
With cutting-edge technology and unprecedented access to cosmic phenomena, how do you envision these observatories advancing our knowledge of distant galaxies, black holes, and dark matter? What breakthroughs in data collection, imaging, or spectral analysis do you expect will revolutionize astrophysics?
The Blackangel
That’s pretty much what the ISS is for. One of the most advanced and cutting edge astronomical labs is the ISS. The tools and equipment onboard the ISS allows the astronauts to see clearly what the atmosphere hides. The study of dark matter will continue until we actually know what it is. We know it’s there. Scientific measurements have proven it. We just don’t know what it is yet. As for black holes, we got our first ever picture of one a few years ago.
