StaceyPowers
I haven’t yet had a chance to try virtual reality, but I am really excited to do so whenever I am able. But I read a lot of reviews from folks who feel that VR is something of a “gimmick”—something that is cooler in theory than in reality, and too clunky to really “stick” from a consumer perspective. What do y’all think? Will interest in VR continue, or is it just a fleeting trend?
Demon_skeith
I think it is here to stay and will become better and better as time goes on. Its not my thing mind you but it's something decent.

For now, though, it's in its embryonic stages, but despite that it's still an impressive piece of hardware. I should add that I've only had experience with the PSVR as I bought one at launch and tinkered around with it for a few months before trading it in for some cash. It's cool hardware, but there just aren't enough great games for it at the moment.
Demon_skeith
games aside, I do have issues with my vision and I can only fear something like this may put unneeded strain on them further.
Alyxx
Haven't had the chance to try it yet but I definitely feel it's getting there.
Joant73
Yea I think it is here to stay. I haven't tried it myself yet but there is a solid market of people who seem to enjoy it. It continues to get games as well, and apparently this new Astro Bot game for VR is very popular, it is getting great reviews and people seem to think it is a big step for VR.
