Do you typically finish games you start? If not, what usually causes you to stop playing?

I usually start playing a lot of different games, but I don't always finish them. This can happen for a few reasons, like if the gameplay feels too repetitive or if the story isn’t interesting enough. Sometimes, new games come out that grab my attention. Life gets busy too, making it tough to stick with one game. Still, if a game has a really good story, I might go back to it. What makes you decide to finish a game, or why do you sometimes stop playing?

I generally finish the games I start because I believe in experiencing the complete narrative and fully exploring the mechanics. However, if a game loses its momentum or fails to sustain an engaging storyline, I may reluctantly decide to move on.

Generally I will finish a game. The only time I’ll pause it would be if circumstances in my life changed, or that I am so stuck and frustrated I couldn’t get pass the next level. Regardless I’d never give up, sometimes having a small break can help.

This often happens to me, not finishing games that I started. Most times it is due to my one busy life, not the games. It can be hard to keep up when life is hitting you hard.
