Xbox support has been inconsistent in my experience. Their online resources are comprehensive, but when I needed to speak with an actual person about controller drift, I faced long wait times and was initially given generic troubleshooting steps I'd already tried. Persistence eventually connected me with a senior agent who resolved my issue.

I can't fault Xbox support when it comes to hardware related issues. Any hardware issues I have had were always dealt with promptly and I was able to send for repair or even get a replacement without any issues.
