How responsive have you found Xbox support when resolving connectivity issues?

Connection issues can ruin a gaming session, whether it’s a NAT-type problem, lag, or being unable to join a party. Have you ever reached out to Xbox support for help with network-related issues? If so, how effective were they in diagnosing and fixing the problem? Do you think Xbox provides enough tools for users to troubleshoot these issues on their own, or do they need to improve their support system?

I've found Xbox support to be quite responsive when addressing connectivity issues. Their representatives are knowledgeable and often provide quick solutions. While it sometimes takes time to troubleshoot, I appreciate their willingness to assist and follow up until the problem is resolved.

Their responsiveness varies dramatically depending on whether the issue is on your end or theirs. Server outages get acknowledged quickly on their status page, but my specific issue with port forwarding required three separate support sessions over two weeks before finding someone knowledgeable enough to help.
