Have you ever reached out to Xbox support for help with network-related issues? If so, how effective were they in diagnosing and fixing the problem? Do you think Xbox provides enough tools for users to troubleshoot these issues on their own, or do they need to improve their support system? Their representatives are knowledgeable and often provide quick solutions. Server outages get acknowledged quickly on their status page, but my specific issue with port forwarding required three separate support sessions over two weeks before finding someone knowledgeable enough to help.
