The Overseer
I have a big Steam library, hundreds of games, and I find it very convenient to move around. I could theoretically play my games anywhere in the world. I like that. What about you? What do you prefer?
Yarik
I also prefer to purchase video games digitally. It's easier, cheaper and faster for me to get the games. Also, having a big Steam library is pleasure for the eyes.
Alyxx
I prefer digital purchases but with older games I love to collect big boxes.
DylanC
I don’t buy PC games that often but when I do, I tend to buy my games digitally on PC. Edited November 7, 2018 by DylanC
MegaphoneStallone
Never thought I'd say this...And slightly ashamed that I am. I have been buying PC games online. 😞 And I hate online shopping.
o-o
Nowadays, I buy the digital copy. That's kinda enough for me. I don't even have disk tool in my computer 😛
Katri Marcell
Digital only on PC for me. I've been hoarding Steam games like crazy and now I feel amazing about my thousand title list 😄 Can't wait to play most of those I haven't already. You can't do that with retail 😕

I've been getting such bundles for 3-4 years now and it paid off 😄
Alexander.
Online. My new Gaming Laptop doesn't have a DVD/CD drive so it's digital for me which is a bonus and heres why. You have NO chance of losing the game as it's stored digitally and backed up incase of a data loss however with a physical copy you could lose, damage or break it accidently. Digital Copies are usually cheaper to buy online aswell. Edited November 21, 2018 by XXInfectedXx
Martin Berisford
I've always been a man for the physical games, I like seeing them stack up on my desk or shelf but over the last year or two maybe I've started to 'adult' a bit more and now all they represent to me is taking up space where I can put other things so I've started moving over to digital downloads a lot more, my Steam library is definitely growing at a fair rate! Jerlene
I personally prefer the physical copy. I like to know that I always have it no matter what. I have a tendency to forget passwords to things too much.
Shortie861
I find it easier to just buy the games digitally if I'm on PC to be honest. I don't see the need to have the disc as an install method then the disc becomes un-necessary anyway. It's just easier to simply download the games off Steam. For PC games especially, physical media really isn't needed in my opinion.
UleTheVee
Cases? Since when have there been cases for PC games on Steam? I never got any of those tbh.
killamch89
Digital purchases are my preference. Knowing myself, I will probably misplace the cases and then I'd get annoyed that I can't find my games.
