StaceyPowers
Fallout New Vegas sometimes “stutters.” I’ve found that even when the game is running smoothly, every few moments when I walk, it will sometimes freeze for half a second. This is not a major problem, but sometimes when I enter a certain area, the “stuttering” will result in extreme choppiness, and often the screen will stick repeatedly for minutes at a time, if it doesn’t just freeze upright. It makes it literally unplayable in spots. Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it? I’m on PS3.
DylanC
I can't remember that specifically and I played on PS3 as well. I know the PS3 is arguably the worst running version of Fallout NV and I definitely experienced moments of framerate dips. Maybe clear your cache on your PS3. That may help it run a bit smoother. Or perhaps delete a few saves. Too many save files can affect it, too. Edited November 4, 2018 by DylanC StaceyPowers
