Meditation

Recommended Posts

I used to go too Yoga Classes once a week but gave it up late teenage years. I should start them again, life and work gets very stressful and stress is no good for the health so I'm strongly considering a form of mediation a couple of times a week. What would you suggest?

Meditating once a day in the mornings is very refreshing and really sets the mood for the day so I would recommend that.
