LoadMaster
Hello, been watching a while and now posting. I have been wondering about this for a while and want some input. Is dumpster diving at GameStop legal? like this Can I get into trouble for it? Does anybody else do this? It looks like it might be worth the risk. UleTheVee
I mean, not really? You just look like a desperate person. As for dumpster diving. I really wouldn't go there to be honst. Most junk you'll find isn't really worthwhile and when you do find somethiing it wasn't worth the investment.
DC
Not a great idea. Certainly not something I'd brag about.
killamch89
Not hygienic and not worth the hassle at all because most of it is useless.
iaminsensible
Dumpster Diving is allowed in many countries, based on where you live the laws may be different. In general, it is not a crime such as stealing, because once you throw something in the dumpster, it becomes public (It will either be destroyed or taken). Alyxx
Around here it's illegal but it depends on the store. I wouldn't recommend it though, usually systems are thrown away for a good reason, either being broken or malfunctioning so the chance of finding something actually worth keeping is low.
