Alexander.
Who here uses a wireless mouse? What brand is it and from retailer did you make the initial purchase from? How much did you grab the bargain for? Purchased for £19.99 at GAME, the brand is Trust and it's done a great job with no problems whatsoever. killamch89
I have a Logitech G602 which has been with me for about 3 years and it does everything I need it to. It has excellent battery life and mappable buttons which are really handy to assign different functions in different situations.
skyfire
I have one by Dell. It seems like a good mouse. And there was one wired variant which I wanted for the desktop. The reason being the wireless often runs out quickly on me. I'd say wired ones are not bad by dell. They seem to have some good products lately. The Blackangel
I can't stand that wireless crap. Granted it's more convenient, but the damn things always stop working and are more of a pain in the ass than they're worth. That's why I stick to a wired mouse and keyboard. StaceyPowers
Currently I have a logitech wireless mouse which was $25, and a wired $10 mouse as a spare. As @The Blackangel says, they have a tendency to die quickly. Mine usually seem to kick the bucket within 1-2 years.
HeavenlyFaucet
I use wireless mouse but in the office or when i just want to check my social media accounts while drinking a coffee, only tardhole uses wireless mouse on gaming.
skyfire
I remember few years back there used to be wireless mouse making use of the battery. Now a days there is USb charging feature. And it does not require the traditional batteries. That's the thing improved over the years.

And some of them can be connected by Bluetooth as well so you don't need a dongle to use the wireless feature.
Darya
I used to use a Logitech bluetooth mouse I got a year or two ago, but recently it stopped working, so I've reverted back to mice with cords.
Bravosi
It's kinda uncomfortable to use imho, I prefer it wired.
UleTheVee
Here's the main problem with wireless devices in general. While it's good to have some device that helps you remove those pesky wires, they either have latency or can cause some degree of strain into your computer. In other words, some devices might actually not benefit from the short moments where the computer struggles to keep up. Now, what's worse is the fact that some bluetooth receptors are poorly made and you often are better off buying your own.

Nowadays, I only buy mouses that can connect directly via Bluetooth without the USB receiver being needed so that the mouse won't be completely useless when the USB dongle cannot be located. The mouse can suddenly stop moving before suddenly teleporting to the place you motioned it to move. Sometimes the mouse can stop working altogether and you have to resync. This is only made worse if this sort of thing happens in a multiplayer environment
skyfire
I tend to avoid the recharging and battery type of the devices though. Because you can end up losing them pretty quickly. Wired one are good as they tend to make you remember the connection.
