Alexander.
Experienced a comparatively unsatisfying or a terrible ending to a Story of a video game? What video game was it? Why was the ending awful? Fortunately, this has never actually happened to me Edited February 27, 2019 by xXInfectedXx
Shine_Spirit
I can say that I'm lucky about this, because I've never has to witness this experience (at least, so far... haha). Some dubious quality ending, yes... But never 100% bad.
Alyxx
Anthem's ending was a bit like that. And Borderlands 1 was just... ugh. XD
Anachiwo
I haven't really played any game that had such ending, although some games seems to have a sad plot in it but anything other than this, it's been a long joyous ride.
skyfire
I think return to castle wolfestein has some such ending. And they seemed to be had this ending where they had no clue on how the story was going to end. But yeah it was kind of expected they will have nazi specific ending where they are just getting started about it.
The Blackangel
The ending to Zelda: A Link To The Past was a bit of a let down. I was hoping for more, but got relatively nothing. Same goes for Castlevania Symphony Of The Night. Edited March 6, 2019 by The Blackangel

I had the same feelings about the ending of Zelda, as a good fan of the game, it surprised me a bit but I waved it off and moved on to other games. Bravosi
I like games with an open ending and closed ending for different reasons. I feel sad when a game ends. :/
SpaceExplorer
The Last of Us ending felt unfinished to me so I guess that qualifies for unsatisfying.
DylanC
The kill screen in Pac-Man left me wanting more (JOKES!). I'd say that the Fallout: New Vegas was slightly underwhelming, especially pre-patch as the game would just end after some voiceover and a few static images (absolutely loved the rest of the game, though).
