StaceyPowers
What games have you played which have had startling enough encounters that you’ve literally jumped in your seat? I’ve had that happen a few times already while playing Bioshock 1. It’s so bloody dark in there, and the enemies spawn so fluidly and continuously that I’m frequently surprised by them (especially when I turn around in a room I just cleared and am literally about an inch away from an attacker). DylanC
Outlast was a pretty jumpy game for me. And Resident Evil 7 in VR made me jump A LOT.

skyfire
If you have played home sweet home and pamali. You will definitely get scared and it may make you quit the game some time before getting used to it. I had times when I faced those issues. Roboticist
I would say Power Drill Massacre but I'd argue it could've been done better 'cause it focused on the loud sounds too much although the atmosphere's pretty good, too.
skyfire
I think most of the horror games get me out of chair and get me addicted to it.

The Blackangel
I'm a paranormal investigator, and this made even ME tense. Was that the entire game? Or is there more to it? The video made it seem like that was it and there was no more.
skyfire
I think this definitely has few parts. I have to check for rest of the parts. must be in series of parts. Not sure if anyone played this one but it's also one of the cool horror game.

Alexander.
At one time, Minecraft did. At the age of 7-8, this is when I first started to play the sandbox video game. My first ever day in Minecraft was awful, I collected Dirt to build a house. When night came, I heard a Zombie and I jumped out of my chair and this defintely gave me a fright. This is an embrassing gaming story to share with the VGR Community! Edited May 18, 2020 by Alexander.
