He gets offended at a guy taking pictures of his wife. Something falls on her during a fight, which causes her to suffer an injury which leads to facial scarring. They go deranged and kill women for to obtain further skin grafts, as her face doesn't stay perfect for long. It's a very obscure Canadian film about three people who meet an old lady after being out in the snow, but she's a strange one. Then one of the group is soon killed.
