This is me as well. I prefer to minimize live interaction in my life, but I'd also rather know that I'm likely to get the problem resolved in one sitting. No phone though. Phone calls are a last resort - I don't have any problems with it really but it is costly to call some companies especially if they aren't a local one. If it's truly urgent, then I go with phone or live chat. But then again, considering the type of person I am, that usually doesn't go over too well.
