I knew that crappy card game would fail. I haven't even so much as looked at the game - from the beginning, it always screamed cash grab to me.

I've been playing card games for well over a decade and tried a few dozen of them, and I could have told you right when the details about Artifact were released that the game would flop. Dota fanboys called me crazy and a lot of derogatory terms. Funny how they are all quiet now, though.

To be honest until to this point I've never know about it. Doesn't seem all that impressive.

To call it crap would be a huge disrespect to actual crap. I agree with @SpaceExplorer that I could tell that this game was never going to be successful because it was loaded with microtransactions for every little thing.
