MrHiFiBanjoStrings
I used to love the Metal Gear Solid and Splinter Cell series on PS2 and Xbox, and after playing the new Hitman I want to play some more stealth games, hopefully on the cheaper side
Yarik
Not sure if these ones are counted as stealth games but I would recommend playing the Assassin's Creed series. I have played only IV Black Flag and it's a good game.
DylanC
Alien: Isolation and Dishonoured are great stealth titles. Definitely highly recommended!
Alexander.
Dishonored 2. Hitman. Mark of the Ninja. Here are my top three. Definitely would highly recommend for you to play them sometime.
killamch89
Ghost Recon and Splinter Cell games for the Xbox and Xbox 360 are excellent stealth games. I can advocate for Metal Gear - I could write a whole essay about it lol

I have played most Metal Gear games except maybe the card game and the stealth system in Metal Gear is one of the most realistic and practical ones I've seen. skyfire
Hitman and the return to castle wolfestein also falls into this category. And I loved them both for this. killamch89

skyfire
Yeah the time at which it was made they were good enough but today you need better AI.

What difficulty are you playing on? That may be why. The higher the difficulty, the more advanced the AI acts. They'll notice if you have any bullet holes in your outfit for example. So if say, you shot a guard, wore his suit, another guard could see behind that disguise even easier because of it. Casual difficulty is simple, and is more meant to learn the game easier. You want to go up higher difficulties to have a much different experience.
skyfire
But there is a point though the AI 10 year back was not that strong like today.

Can you tell me how is your time with the game? And what console are you playing it with?
