StaceyPowers
What fight or level in any game did you have to re-play the largest number of times in order to advance? How many tries did it take you?

The Blackangel
Shadow Link in Zelda 2. I was a kid at the time, and it took what seemed like forever to finally beat the damn thing. Months at least with a couple temporary burnouts from frustration.
Executor Akamia
Probably the final boss for Sonic Rush, believe it or not. Not the final final boss, but the one at the end of each character's individual story. I actually gave up playing the game for years over it. Then I went back, beat the boss as both characters, got the final Chaos Emerald, then beat the game.
Bravosi
I had ninja turtles 2d game, don't remember the name, but the boss fight in the end gave me hemorroy xD
The Blackangel
The Plutonium Boss/Underworld Lord in Blaster Master was probably the absolute hardest boss I've ever faced. Shadow Link was a billion times easier. For me at least.
killamch89
In Crash Bandicoot, there is a level called the road to nowhere - I've lost count of how many times I played that stage but once I completed it, I have never played that level ever again. I've seen rage compilations on Youtube for this one level in Crash Bandicoot.
