The Blackangel Posted May 27, 2019 Share Posted May 27, 2019 Is anyone familiar with this game? I came across it today when I was cleaning out some stuff. I didn't even know I had it. So obviously I've never played it. I'm looking to get some opinions about it from those that have played it. I looked it up on Wikipedia, but that didn't really help much. It’s got a beautiful world and the story is well written (I think it’s written by Alex Garland who wrote The Beach and the movie Annihilation. Plus it’s also loosely based on Journey To The West, a Chinese novel). There was just something off about the character’s and overall art-style imho. The combat was decent but for some reason i bounced off it after 6 or 7 hours. It was pretty well received critically.
